Ads that bring enquiries, not just clicks

Google Ads for people already searching, and Facebook and Instagram ads for reaching them before they do. Planned around a landing page that converts, managed every month, with your budget paid straight to the platform.

Management from £249 a month, flat, never a percentage. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google or Meta on an account in your name.

The page matters as much as the ad

An ad's job ends at the click. Whether that click becomes an enquiry depends on the page it lands on: how quickly it loads on a phone, whether it says what the ad promised, and how easy the next step is.

  • The landing page checked, and fixed or built if it would waste the budget
  • Calls, forms and bookings tracked before any money is spent
  • A monthly report on enquiries and cost, written so you can read it

Brava builds websites as well as running campaigns, so the landing page is part of the plan rather than someone else's problem. Fixing one is website improvement work.

Clicks are not the point

Clicks, impressions and reach are easy numbers to grow and easy to report. They are not what you are paying for. Every campaign here counts calls, forms and bookings from the first day, and is judged on what each enquiry cost.

Two platforms, two jobs

They are not interchangeable. Which one suits you depends on whether people already search for what you sell.

Google Ads, for people already looking

Search ads in front of people typing what you do into Google right now. The quickest route to enquiries when demand already exists.

  • Suits trades and services people search for by name
  • Keyword, competitor and cost per click research first
  • Conversion tracking so calls and forms are counted

Google Ads management

Facebook and Instagram, for reaching them first

Ads that put a visual offer in front of local people before they go looking. Slower to prove out than search, and strong where the work photographs well.

  • Suits visual, seasonal or offer-led businesses
  • Creative and audiences tested, budget moved to what works
  • Pixel and conversion events set up properly

Some businesses run both. The free growth review includes a recommendation, and a straight answer on whether paid ads are worth it for you at all.

Worked out before it is spent

Before a campaign runs, you see what a budget would need to do to pay for itself.

The review looks at cost per click in your area and trade, and at how well your page is likely to turn visitors into enquiries. You get a suggested starting budget and a worked example, with every assumption written down so you can question it.

Your numbers will differ, and nobody can promise an enquiry count before campaigns run. The monthly report then shows what actually came in.

The free growth review comes first, so nothing is spent until the page, the tracking and the numbers make sense. Management is month to month, with no minimum term.

Ad spend that stays yours

The way an agency charges for ads decides whose side it is on. These are the terms here.

Flat fee, never a percentage

A percentage rewards spending more of your money. A flat fee does not.

Honest when ads will not pay

If the numbers do not stack up for your trade, you hear it before spending a pound.

Accounts in your name

Google and Meta accounts belong to you, with us added as a manager.

Landing pages built in-house

The person running the ads can change the page they point at.

No minimum term

Management runs month to month, so it has to keep earning its place.

Advice in Growth Plus

Growth Plus includes paid acquisition recommendations, so ads are planned alongside SEO and AI search.

What it costs

Management fees are published; ad spend is yours to set and is paid to the platform, not to us.

Ad spend is always paid directly to Google or Meta on accounts in your name, and sits on top of any management fee. MerFen Security, a security installer, is a Growth Plus client.

Questions

Common questions.

Should I use Google Ads or Meta ads?

Google, if people already search for what you sell: they are looking, and an ad puts you in front of them at that moment. Meta, if they do not search for it yet but would want it if they saw it, which suits visual, seasonal and offer-led businesses. Some businesses run both. The free growth review includes a recommendation.

How much should I spend on ads?

Enough to get a meaningful number of clicks each month at the cost per click in your area and trade. We suggest a starting budget in the review. Ad spend is paid directly to the platform and is separate from the management fee.

Do you take a percentage of my ad spend?

No. Management is a flat monthly fee from £249, set by campaign count and workload, never a percentage of what you spend.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Google and Meta accounts are set up in your name with us added as a manager, so the accounts, the data and the history stay with you if you ever stop.

Can you guarantee a number of leads?

No, and nobody honestly can before campaigns have run. You get a worked example with the assumptions shown, the campaigns, and a monthly report on what actually came in.

Do I need a new website to run ads?

Not always. Ads send people to a page, and if that page does not convert the budget is wasted, so we check it first and improve or build one only if it needs it.
