Payment is split in two: 50% to book your slot and start the work, then the balance once your site goes live. You do, completely. Once your invoice is settled the site, code, and content are yours to keep, wherever you choose to host it.
Yes. Our Care and Growth plans cover updates, security, backups, and content changes so your site stays fast and secure long after launch.
Cancel whenever you like. There's no notice period, no exit fee, and no contract to see out. Email us and we'll stop the Direct Debit, your site stays online until the end of the month you've already paid for, and we'll send you a copy of all your files so you can move to another host. Your domain is registered in your name, so it goes with you.
Most sites go live in 10–14 days, depending on how quickly we receive your content.
Yes, though online shops sit outside the £399 flat price. There's a lot more to build: product pages, payments, delivery and tax rules, and an admin area for managing orders and stock. Small and mid-size shops are a good fit and we'll quote properly once we know what you're selling. If you're planning a catalogue of hundreds of products, an agency with a dedicated team is often the better call, and we'll say so.

You can. We'll deploy to your preferred host, though our managed UK hosting is the easiest, fully supported option.
