The honest version

Most businesses
need less than
they're sold.

A local business does not need a big website. It needs a fast one that answers the questions a customer asks before they pick up the phone.

What you do, which areas you cover, roughly what it costs, and how to get hold of you. That is the whole job. If someone has to hunt for your phone number or wait four seconds for a page to load on their mobile, they have already gone back to the search results and clicked your competitor.

A site that loads quickly, reads clearly on a phone, and makes the next step obvious will out-perform something far prettier that does none of those things. So that is what we build, and it is why the price is one number rather than a menu of tiers designed to move you up one.

If you genuinely need something bigger, a shop with hundreds of products or a web application, we will quote it properly. And if you are pre-revenue and need a page up this week, we will tell you a builder is the sensible start.

What you get

Everything,
for one price.

No tiers, no upsells, and no features held back to sell you later.

01 01 Design

Design around your business

Not a template with your logo dropped in. The layout, colours and type are built around what you do and who buys from you.

  • Custom design, not a theme
  • Built around your actual services
  • One round of honest feedback
  • A look that fits your trade
02 02 Build

A fast, mobile-first build

Hand-coded rather than assembled from plugins, which is why these sites load quickly and keep loading quickly.

  • Up to 10 pages
  • Fast on phones, where your customers are
  • Accessible and standards-compliant
  • No plugin bloat to slow it down
03 03 Convert

Routes that turn visits into enquiries

A website that looks good but does not generate enquiries has failed. The path to contacting you is designed, not bolted on.

  • Contact forms that actually get used
  • Booking or appointment integration
  • Click-to-call and WhatsApp
  • Clear next step on every page
04 04 Launch

Found, and looked after

Getting it live properly, and being there afterwards when something needs changing.

  • Local SEO foundations and analytics
  • Domain, SSL and indexing sorted
  • 30 days of post-launch support
  • Managed UK hosting from £20/mo

It exists. But does it convert?

The real question

Plenty of businesses have a website. Far fewer have one that answers the questions a customer asks before they pick up the phone. That gap is the whole job.

Proof

A system built
to grow with them.

Soma Wellbeing Centre in Norwich had outgrown its site. We split one confused enquiry route into two and built a practitioner system the centre can extend itself.

Straight talking

Who this works for,
and who it doesn't.

We would rather turn work down than take on a job we are the wrong fit for.

Yes Good fit

This is for you if

  • You are an established local business and enquiries actually matter
  • You want to speak to the person building it, not an account manager
  • You would rather own the site than rent it from a platform
  • You want the price up front rather than after a discovery call
  • You can get us your words and photos within a couple of weeks
No Poor fit

Probably not if

  • You are pre-revenue and need a placeholder this week. Use a builder, honestly
  • You are selling hundreds of products and need a dedicated e-commerce team
  • You want the absolute cheapest option. Several Norfolk firms will beat us
  • You need daily changes made by five different people
  • You would rather not be told when an idea will not work
How it works

Fourteen days,
start to finish.

Each stage, what happens in it, and how long it takes once we have your content.

  1. Days 1–2

    Discovery

A call or short questionnaire: what you do, who buys from you, and what the site needs to achieve. We sort domain access and hosting at the same time.

  2. Days 3–6

    Design

The layout, colours and type take shape around your business. You review it and send one round of feedback.

  3. Days 7–11

    Build

The approved design becomes a real website. Content goes in, forms get wired up, and everything is tested on phones as well as desktops.

  4. Days 12–14

    Launch

Final checks, domain and SSL, and making sure Google can index the site. It goes live and you get a walkthrough of how everything works.

Pricing

What it costs.

One price for the build. Hosting is separate and optional, and anything unusual is quoted properly.

The website

£399

Complete, up to 10 pages, yours outright. One flat price.

Bigger jobs

Quote

Shops, existing-site work and web apps, priced per project.

The £399 covers a new website. Work on an existing site, online shops and web applications are quoted per project. Hosting is optional and runs month to month with no contract and no notice period. You own the site and the domain either way.

Questions

Common questions.

What does the £399 actually cover?

A complete website of up to ten pages, designed from scratch around your business rather than dropped into a template. That includes the design, the build, contact forms, booking journeys where you need them, local SEO foundations, analytics, two rounds of revisions and thirty days of support after launch. One price whatever features it needs.

Why is it so much cheaper than an agency?

Because you are not paying for an agency. There is no account manager relaying messages, no office, and no layer of process between you and the person writing the code. For a five page site for a local business, that process is what you would be paying for rather than a better result.

Who owns the website when it's finished?

You do, completely. Once the invoice is settled, the site, the code and the content are yours to keep wherever you want to host them. Your domain is registered in your name, so it goes with you if you ever leave.

Do I have to host with you?

No. Hosting is £20 a month and covers UK servers, SSL, daily backups, monitoring and a free domain, but you are free to take the site elsewhere. There is no contract and no notice period, and we will hand over your files if you go.

What if I already have a website?

We work on existing sites as well as new builds, whether that is WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or something custom. That covers full rebuilds and smaller jobs like landing pages, better enquiry forms or lead capture. Existing site work is quoted per project rather than covered by the £399.

How quickly can it go live?

Most sites go live in 10 to 14 days from the point we have your content. The honest caveat is that the clock starts when the words and photos arrive, and that is the stage most projects stall on. If your content is not ready, helping shape it is part of the job.
