After launch

Everything after launch, handled.

A website on its own is a brochure. This is the ongoing work that gets people to it and keeps them coming: local SEO, your Google listing, ads, reviews, and automated follow-up so enquiries do not go cold. Two plans, from £250 a month, no contract.

Why it exists

One fee beats
five invoices.

Most small businesses end up with a web designer, an SEO person, someone running ads and a separate hosting bill, none of whom talk to each other.

The ads person sends traffic to a page the web person will not change. The SEO advice contradicts the ad strategy. Nobody owns the result, and you end up managing suppliers instead of running your business. That is the problem this solves: one fee, one place, everything joined up.

It starts at £250 a month on top of a £399 build, it runs month to month, and you can stop whenever you like. What moves the price is simple: one ad platform or both. Bought separately the same work costs noticeably more.

You do not have to take all of it. SEO, Google Ads and Meta ads are available on their own, quoted per project. The plan is just the better deal if you want the lot.

What's included

Four jobs,
every month.

Not a retainer for a report nobody reads. Here is what actually happens.

01 01 Hosting

Kept online and safe

The unglamorous baseline. UK servers, backups and monitoring so the site is never the thing that lets you down.

  • Managed UK hosting and SSL
  • Daily backups and monitoring
  • Free domain included
  • Fixes when something breaks
02 02 Search

Found when they search

Your Google listing and your local rankings, worked on continuously rather than set up once and forgotten.

  • Google Business Profile kept current
  • Ongoing local SEO work
  • Service and area pages
  • Technical housekeeping
03 03 Ads

Traffic when you want it

Google and Meta campaigns built and managed, dialled up or down depending on how busy you are.

  • Google Ads built and managed
  • Facebook and Instagram campaigns
  • Conversion tracking
  • Ad spend paid direct, never through us
04 04 Reputation

Proof and upkeep

Reviews coming in, the site staying current, and a straight answer every month on whether it is working.

  • Review requests and monitoring
  • Content and page updates
  • Monthly report on enquiries
  • Priority support, direct to James

A website is where growth starts. Not where it ends.

Why this exists

Handing over a site and walking away is the easy part. Everything that brings people to it, and turns them into customers, carries on every month. That is what this plan is.

Straight talking

Who this works for,
and who it doesn't.

Taking on the wrong client wastes their money and our time, so it is worth being clear before either of us commits.

Yes Good fit

This is for you if

  • You are established and one new customer a month more than covers the fee
  • Your customers find you through Google, maps or word of mouth
  • You would rather hand it to one studio than manage three suppliers
  • You want to be told honestly when something is not worth doing
  • You can give it three to six months to compound
No Poor fit

Probably not if

  • You are pre-revenue and need a placeholder page this week
  • You want a guaranteed number of leads or a fixed spot on Google. Nobody can honestly promise either
  • You only need one of the four pieces. Buy that one on its own instead
  • You are selling hundreds of products and need a dedicated team
  • You will judge it on month one, before SEO has had time to move
How it works

What actually
happens.

The website comes first. Everything else builds on top of it, in the order that earns fastest.

  1. Month 0

    The build

A £399 site, live in 10 to 14 days. There is no point marketing a page that does not convert, so this comes first.

  2. Month 1

    Foundations

Google Business Profile, technical SEO and tracking. The fastest wins, and everything else depends on them.

  3. Month 2

    Traffic

Ads switched on if you want them, service and area pages published, review requests going out.

  4. Ongoing

    Compounding

Monthly reporting, content updates and adjustments, with a straight conversation about what is working.

Pricing

What it costs.

Two plans. What moves you up is how much advertising you want running, not a longer feature list. A £399 build comes first, and ad spend is always separate.

Growth

£250/mo

Hosting, local SEO, your Google listing, one ad platform, reviews and automated follow-up.

Growth Plus

£450/mo

Both platforms together, retargeting, campaign pages and multi-step follow-up.

Ad spend

Your call

Paid directly to Google or Meta on accounts in your name.

Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta and sits on top of the monthly fee, so you control the budget and can see exactly where it goes. The plan runs by Direct Debit with no contract and no notice period. We won't promise a set number of leads or a fixed position on Google, because nobody can honestly predict that before the work has run.

Questions

Common questions.

What's actually included, and what pushes the price up?

Both plans include managed hosting, Google Business Profile optimisation, ongoing local SEO, conversion tracking, automated review requests, automated enquiry follow-up so leads do not go cold, optional social media scheduling, content updates and a monthly report. Growth at 250 pounds a month runs one ad platform, Google or Meta. Growth Plus at 450 runs both together with retargeting, campaign landing pages and multi-step follow-up sequences. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the platform on your own account.

Is it cheaper than buying the services separately?

Yes, that is the point of it. Bought individually, hosting plus SEO plus ads management comes to noticeably more than the entry level. The plan is the cheaper way to buy all of it at once, and it means one studio joining the pieces up rather than three suppliers who never speak.

Does the monthly fee include my ad budget?

No, and that is deliberate. Ad spend goes directly to Google or Meta on accounts in your name, so you control the budget and can see exactly where every pound goes. Bundling it would let us hide our margin inside your media spend, which we would rather not do.

Am I tied into a contract?

No. It runs month to month by Direct Debit with no minimum term and no notice period. Email us and we will stop it. Your site stays online until the end of the month you have paid for, and your domain and accounts are in your name so they go with you.

Do I have to take the whole plan?

Not at all. SEO, Google Ads and Meta ads are all available on their own, quoted per project, and hosting is £20 a month by itself. The plan is just the cheaper way to buy the lot. Plenty of clients start with the website and hosting and add the rest later.

What if it isn't working?

We will tell you. A monthly report showing what came in and where from is part of the plan precisely so this is a factual conversation rather than a hopeful one. If it is not paying for itself and we cannot see a route to it doing so, we would rather you stopped than kept billing you.

Everything else

The other things
we do.

Take one, take all of them, or ask which you actually need. We'll tell you straight.

Taking on new clients

Is it worth it for your business?

Tell us what you do and roughly what a new customer is worth to you. We'll tell you honestly whether the numbers stack up, and say so if they don't.

  • From £250 a month, no contract
  • Ad spend stays on your own accounts
  • One studio, not four suppliers
